This bundle brings together the three pastas that define our grain and pulses range, each made from at least seventy percent stone milled British spelt and enriched with carefully integrated British grown pulses.

Inside:

• Spelt and wrinkled peas fusilli

• Spelt and fava bean sedani rigati

• Spelt and lentils tubetti lisci

Rather than replacing wheat, these pastas combine cereals and legumes in a balanced structure that cooks to a composed al dente while carrying the subtle sweetness of spelt alongside the savoury depth of fava beans, the freshness of wrinkled peas and the quiet earthiness of lentils.

Slow dried at low temperatures for flavour and stability, they pair effortlessly with everything from olive oil and greens to broths and vegetable ragù.
