Slow dried at low temperatures, our Tubetti Lisci cook to a perfect al dente in 8 minutes. Their smooth surface and compact shape make them ideal for broths, vegetable ragù or simple olive oil based dishes, while their warm bronze colour hints at the flavour inside — nutty, rounded, with a subtle earthy undertone from the lentils.
